Our policy covers the following aspects relating to personal information: We will only collect personal information required by us in the conduct of our business. We will take all reasonable steps to answer any question by a person as to generally what sort of personal information we hold, the purpose for which we hold it and how we collect, hold, use and disclose the information. If we hold personal information about an individual we will provide access to the information by that individual, unless we are required or authorized by law to refuse to do so. If there is disagreement between the individual and Worldviewer as to information to be corrected, then Worldviewer will attach a statement from that individual noting that a correction is desired if the individual requests this.
We will provide reasons for denial of access or refusal to correct personal information. We will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed.
